1. Disassembly, assembly and cleaning of hydraulic components should be carried out in clean rooms that meet national standards. If conditions permit, it is recommended to put pressure on the operating room to make the indoor pressure higher than the outdoor pressure to prevent atmospheric dust pollution. If the conditions are limited, the operating room should also be isolated separately. Generally, the hydraulic parts assembly room and the machining room or fitter room are not allowed in the same room. *** It is forbidden to disassemble and assemble hydraulic components in the open air, in the shed, in the warehouse or in the warehouse. When disassembling and installing hydraulic components, operators should wear work clothes and work hats that are not easy to remove fibers to prevent fibers, dust, hair and dandruff from falling into the hydraulic system and causing man-made pollution.

2. Hydraulic parts should be cleaned on a special cleaning table. If conditions are limited, the cleanliness of the temporary workbench should be ensured.

3. Kerosene, gasoline and hydraulic oil, which are the same brand as the hydraulic system working oil, are allowed to be used as drill rod cleaning fluids.

4. The cleaned parts are not allowed to be wiped with cotton, hemp, silk and chemical fiber fabrics to avoid polluting the system by falling fibers. If necessary, you can blow the parts with clean and dry compressed air.

5. The parts after the drill rod are not allowed to be placed directly on the ground, cement floor, table frame and assembly table frame, but should be placed in a container with a lid and poured with clean hydraulic oil.

6. Parts that have been cleaned but not temporarily assembled should be stored in anti-rust oil, especially in wet areas and seasons.
